This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KeroRong Auto Parts (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit kerorong.com, place an order or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

- Payment information — card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.

- Vehicle information — year, make, model, trim, engine and VIN, when you use the fitment checker or ask us to verify compatibility.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communication records — emails and messages you send us, including any attachments or photos.
2. How we use your information
- To process orders, arrange shipping and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To verify vehicle fitment and answer technical questions.
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and service messages (these are transactional, not marketing).

- To improve the site, our catalogue and our search results.

We send marketing email only if you have opted in, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.
