These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and KeroRong Auto Parts (“we”, “us”) covering your use of kerorong.com and any order you place. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Product information
We try to describe every part accurately, including fitment, OEM cross-references and images. Images may be supplied by manufacturers and can differ from the item you receive. Specifications, availability and pricing can change without notice.
Some parts are aftermarket replacements manufactured to match the fit and function of the original part; they are not necessarily supplied by the vehicle manufacturer unless the listing says “genuine”.
Fitment data is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle before ordering and before installing it. See the Fitment & Compatibility Guide.
3. Restricted products
We do not sell, and orders will be refused for, safety-critical and regulated items including brake friction components, tyres, lighting assemblies, mirrors, seat belts and airbag components, steering and suspension components, child restraint seats and towing couplings. Listings for such items, if any appear, are errors and will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.

5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the price was plainly wrong, the order looks fraudulent, fitment cannot be verified, or the item falls under section 3. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.
6. Shipping, title and risk
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for transit times, tracking, customs duties and what happens if a parcel goes missing.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Warranty and disclaimers
New parts carry the limited warranty described in our Warranty Policy. Except as expressly stated there, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Automotive parts must be installed correctly. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician following the vehicle manufacturer’s procedures and torque specifications. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect diagnosis, modification, misuse, racing or commercial use, or use on a vehicle the part was not verified for.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of vehicle use, towing, rental, labour or installation costs, arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased from it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your use of a product in a way we did not intend or did not verify for your vehicle.
11. Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout, graphics, logos and code are owned by us or our licensors. Vehicle manufacturer names, logos and part numbers appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible applications.
12. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in marketing. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that contains someone else’s personal information.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
ASSUMPTION: California law — matches the store’s registered location. Change if the business is registered elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
